The elastic band holds this contoured neck wrap right against the base of the head and over the shoulders. Double-sided construction pairs smooth PVC on one side with soft plush fabric on the other, filled inside with beads that stay pliable after chilling. We design the curvature to sit flat around the neck. You keep it in the included plastic bag inside the freezer for at least two hours, then pull it out to rest on the neck or shoulders whenever you want cold surface contact.
