We design and manufacture the cold packs, while our retail partner manages the store, handles the parcel handling, and delivers every package to your address.
Every listing shows the available speeds, dates, and costs on the partner site before paying. These details come directly from the partner distribution network rather than our workshop, so the final timeline appears on their site as you complete an order.
All confirmation notices and parcel updates arrive from the retail partner after an order is placed. We do not generate these messages, and our team does not have access to your personal purchase file or account details on the partner site.
Changes to an address or transit schedule must happen through your partner account. Because the parcel moves entirely within their system, our team cannot see or alter a shipment once it is on the road, so the order page at the partner is the place to go.
